Tools and Labs

iTi has an extensive list of tools and labs for in-house R&D as well as for customer use. Mostly widely used by our customers, the Inkjet Development Lab (IDL) (create link to IDL page here) is a world class research facility optimized for the needs of industrial inkjet application developers. It contains over $600,000 of specialized inkjet lab equipment including iTi’s XY Materials Deposition System, Inkjet Web Press and Drop Watcher, and supports printheads from vendors including Dimatix, Trident and Xaar. Additional specialized equipment is supplied from 3rd party vendors.

iTi also has a Measurements Lab and Class 10K Clean Room Lab used for the measurement of printed images on substrates, nozzle layout on print heads, construction or failure analysis, and inspection. Measurement systems includes measuring microscopes, contact angle measurement systems, and profilometry system.
