R. Bruce Morgan, CEO, President, and Director

Mr. R. Bruce Morgan has over 25 years of senior executive management experience in the computer hardware and software industries. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Neartek Inc., a storage software developer based in Westborough, Massachusetts. He filled similar positions at Spatial Technology Inc., a publicly traded engineering software company in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Morgan became an iTi investor and board member in 2001, and has developed and executed the strategy to maintain iTi leadership in the industrial inkjet market.
Dr. Ross N. Mills, Chief Technologist and Founder

Recognized as a driving intellectual force within the industry, Dr. Ross Mills has over 25 years of inkjet development experience. Before founding imaging Technology international Corporation in 1992, he held key positions at IBM and Lexmark for 13 years, plus served on the management team at Topaz Technologies. With 12 patents to his name, Dr. Mills often chairs technology conferences for both domestic and international audiences. He’s also called on regularly to act as an expert witness and analyst for patent infringement lawsuits.
Dr. Mills received his Ph.D. and M.S. in engineering science from the University of California Berkeley and B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas in Austin.
Paige Hiatt, Vice President Operations

Mr. Hiatt has worked in computer start-ups for more than 20 years and has had executive responsibility for Operations, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service in the U.S. and abroad. He was VP Worldwide Sales & Customer Service at FieldWorks, a Minneapolis-based provider of rugged portable PC systems to large accounts. Prior to that he was Vice President Sales with Vantive Corporation, one of the premier providers of Customer Resource Management Systems (CRM), based in Silicon Valley. Previously, he was one of the original sales and management team with Grid Systems Corporation, Silicon Valley, which created the laptop PC market in the early 1980’s and built a $250 Million a year business by 1991, selling to major corporations, resellers and government organizations worldwide. During his 10 year period with Grid, he held management positions including Vice President European Operations and Vice President Customer Service. Grid’s Call Center grew to over 50 CSR’s while under his leadership, and serviced and supported over 200,000 PC’s worldwide. Both Vantive and FieldWorks became public companies through successful IPO’s.
Mr. Hiatt received his Bachelors degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
